The key to any successful software training or implementation is buy-in. And, one of the things I always value a lot with the HCSS relationship is the fact that the trainers for professional services take the time to really engage us, really understand our business, our people, and what we're trying to accomplish, and it becomes more of a friendship and partnership from then on from there. We experienced firsthand trying to implement it without the HCSS implementation package. And and if I had to imagine if we had, you know, gone through with that, we wouldn't have been using the system, anywhere near, what we had hoped to be using it for. I think right now, only two and a half months into it after, like, post implementation, actually using it in the field, I'd say we're probably upwards of already, you know, fifty to sixty to seventy percent, of the system that we're using. Evan came in, you know, to integrate this new software to our company. Nobody really knew what to expect, and got everybody trained up quickly. And it was kind of a two stage process, training first, and then we followed up with implementation where, they gave everybody the opportunity to kinda integrate, play with the software, and then we could have questions on how to integrate that to our daily lives. We really enjoyed coming out to Sugar Land. It was almost sort of like coming into a big family, you know. I mean, everybody, it's nice, you know, like you start walking into chairs, you know, everybody knows your name. Without the implementation, we would still be out in the field somewhere.
