Though, again, I think it’s only used to emphasize each and every person rather than to emphasize a large group, like the OP implies.

“Y’all” means “you all”, yes, but both small plural (2 people) or large plural (2,000,000,000 people). I’ve never heard a musician go on stage and say “How are all y’all doing tonight?”. They just say “How are y’all doing tonight?”
“All y’all” really means “each of you”. For example, if I’m running a bar and a family of parents and late teenagers enter, I would ask “are all y’all
1821 or older?” Same if there are like 50 folks.I cannot imagine a situation where I would say “all y’all” without it meaning to emphasize each and every one.

From the title you kind of expect the staff member to sprint to position, arms spread wide, brace for impact, and then the big collision.
Instead it is kind of like they did not expect the boulder to weigh that much, the boulder goes bonk, and he flops.
Injury is never funny, but the imagery is a little funny.

I don’t know about your German (har har), but I’m not very confident in what my Garmin or any fitness watch detects on sleep. I got a Garmin to replace my FitBit, wore them both for a while, and saw they didn’t have much consensus on sleep data.
