Render the constitution ineffective by ignoring its laws without repercussions: Already done. ICE has been violating the 1st, 2nd, 4th and 5th amendments repeatedly. 3. Create or induce some perceived imminent threat to justify martial law [and emergency powers](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enabling_Act_of_1933) for the leader, I,E, a [Reichstag Fire](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reichstag_fire) event: We're currently at this point, with the overt use of force against the populace with ICE likely attempting to invoke a violent response that would justify such an act. 4. Suspend elections and persecute all political enemies (democrats, socialists, etc) by ProdigalFrog@slrpnk.net
