Cancellation Policy

 

COVID-19

Grand Tournament Elites will adhere to the local and federal guidelines for COVID-19. In the event that we are unable to host events due to COVID-19, all reasonable attempts will be made to reschedule the event to a new date. Participants that are unable to attend the new date will be provided a full refund. Participants are required to inform Grand Tournament Elites via email within 72 hours after the scheduled date is announced if they choose to be removed from the new registration.

Weather

Grand Tournament Elites will make reasonable efforts to provide the best conditions for all athletes to perform at their best. GTE will make an informed decision 72 hours prior to the date of the tryout concerning weather. If an event is canceled, an announcement will be made on GTElites.com. Participants will be provided with a rescheduled date, or may cancel with a full refund.

Cancellation and Refund

The amount refunded will be determined based on the date the refund is requested. Once a participant has registered and purchased our program, refunds amounts will be as determined based on the information below. Please note, dates are from the commencement of program.

To request a cancellation for a participant from an event, please email info@gtelites.com. In the email please provide the participants full name, email and event to be cancelled. Once received, a confirmation email with refund details will be sent.
