At Garden Gala XP, we are committed to creating unforgettable experiences. We understand that plans and weather can change, and we do our best to be flexible while honoring the time, preparation, and resources invested in each event.
1. Reservation Deposit
- A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking for the Garden Gala Experience.
- This deposit is non-refundable and will be retained to cover booking and preparation costs in the event of a cancellation.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- More than 7 days before your event – You may cancel and receive a refund of any amount paid excluding the non-refundable deposit and the cost of any special-ordered items or custom arrangements already made.
- Within 7 days of your event – Your deposit will be retained, and any special-ordered item costs will be deducted from any remaining balance eligible for refund.
3. Rain Date Policy
- If weather conditions are not suitable for your scheduled date (rain, high winds, extreme temperatures), we will offer one complimentary reschedule within 90 days of your original booking.
- If you choose not to reschedule, our standard refund policy will apply: the deposit is non-refundable, and only the remaining balance (if already paid) will be returned, minus the cost of any special-ordered items.
4. Custom Orders & Special Arrangements
- If items have been purchased or prepared specifically for your event (such as décor, supplies, or custom materials), their cost will be deducted from any refundable amount.
5. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and returned to the original payment method used at booking.
