Must be a TWU Local 575 Member in good standing.

B. The Company will provide protective devices and other equipment necessary to meet safety regulations and safety standards and will make provisions for the health and safety of the employee during hours of employment. The Company will also make available adequate rain and cold-weather gear, and hearing protection. The Company will provide google, gloves, and face masks to those employees assigned the deicing function at Company expense.

C. The Company agrees to maintain safe, sanitary conditions in all Company shops and facilities.
