Faherty Brand, a New York-based lifestyle and apparel company founded in 2013 by twin brothers Mike and Alex Faherty, was built on a mission to create high-quality clothing for life’s greatest moments. As the brand expanded into Australia, Five Formats developed its e-commerce site, ensuring seamless alignment with the U.S. website while tailoring products for the local market. To drive growth, Five Formats designed strategic email campaigns, automated workflows, and set up an annual marketing calendar to support monthly drops. Additionally, Jodi set up internal systems and trained the e-commerce manager and customer service teams, allowing the distributor Fashionata to manage operations in-house.
