Our FitKids not only develop a love for movement and fitness, but they also gain confidence, improve focus, learn to work well with others and become stronger in the process. Each 55 min class consists of:

New Movement Skills

Crawl, swing, roll, jump, climb and more!

Creative Games

We put our skills to the test in fun games that promote a little healthy competition.

Obstacle Courses

Our courses vary and may include ninja warped wall, rings, giant cargo net, monkey bars, etc.

Relay Races

Kids learn to harness the power of being on a team – the winning, the losing, the cheering and the fun!

Age-appropriate Exercises

As our kids get older, we introduce basic exercises and mini-workouts in the class.

Our kids not only learn to love movement and fitness, but they also gain confidence, improve focus, learn to work well with others and become stronger in the process. Much of what you may see in FitKids classes might look like “play” but it’s actually how long-term athletic development works for kids under 12 years old.

New for 2025-26: Learn to Train – This is a bridge class between our FitKids program and Youth Athletic Development program. It’s designed for kids who are interested in a little more training but not quite ready for our regular YAD program.
