I know it isn’t what you meant, but my head keeps putting the emphasis on the “in private” part, like everyone is fine with it in public, but those weird-o’s doing it in private are disgusting.

I don’t know who this guy is, but the fact that he is crying on twitter about being shadow-banned on reddit tells me I don’t really give a fuck about him, his opinion, or his perceived slights against him.

I’m absolutely flabbergasted that anyone walks anywhere without constantly scanning around them. How do people have the attention span to just look at where they are going and only where they are going?? And that is just the first hurdle I have…
“no, but wait, dude, see, we weren’t paying employees for this work before though, so, like, paying them for this work now is, like, really hurting us poor mega-corporations.”

I really don’t understand any of this “age verification” bullshit or how it holds up under even a tiny amount of scrutiny. You have to be of age to sign up for a cell-phone contract or get internet installed at your house. Every internet access account is paid for by someone “old enough”.
It’s like if they wanted to check IDs at the drive through before you are able to order a fucking mcdouble in order to “protect kids” from eating trash… Someone old enough to drive is already involved for the kid to order the fucking burger.
These chucklefucks in office all over the world using their inability to raise their own kids without shoving a fucking ipad in their face now using that as a way to surveil and control the entire population is a really sad slap in the face…

EDIT 2: I think I’m gonna go in and ask the workers today what they think.
Ya, you are rude. Don’t do that either. Just stop. Remove the snow before you leave the driveway. It is unsafe for you and everyone around you on the road. Also, in general, yes, making someone do extra work above and beyond what is being offered, at the same price, is a rude thing to do. By your description they “did a lot more work than usual” - did you pay them a lot more money than usual?

Anyone else hate the 1900 section. It felt like it was trying to be harder to understand on purpose. 1800 was perfectly clear and required so much less processing than 1900, imo.

fuck this dogshit.
How did that go unnoticed? I always remember them requiring a license in order to have more than a small handful of people connected to the server you are running locally on your own computer.

I’m not sure I understand why Fluxer’s monetization gets so much hate. It seems to me like it is a built-in way for the people hosting servers to accept money from users.

I’m honestly worried that’s the goal.

Correct, 3 cups of coffee in a single day would absolutely wreck my system. :(

If I drank 3 cups of coffee, I would be able to see my pulse. But I guess if I die of a heart attack at 50 then I am much less likely to get dementia?
There are shockingly few new recruits to Starfleet here…

I am so happy to live in a non-HOA neighborhood…

Enshitineers?
Have any evidence of that? The only thing I saw was commentors in that thread (who were obvious AI-bros) claiming it must be AI generated because “it just wouldn’t happen”…

I disagree, it’s more like we want a burger, but the only options that are out there are a meat patty here, a bun over there, and one project somewhere claims to have invented cheese and ketchup but can’t get them together unless the burger is made of tofu and you have to add them yourself using chopsticks.
Discord already serves burgers, they are technically poisoned, but they are whole burgers with cheese and ketchup.

I’ve not seen anyone mention fluxer before, have you been using it long, is it as good as their website claims? Seems strange no one else has mentioned it in many of the discord replacement threads going around if its as good as the website makes it sound.
It’s also important for everyone to not have the same bingo card. Like, honestly, it’s like whoever made this has no idea what a bingo card even is.
