Upscrolled isn’t USA-based and not good for much but it does have a surplus of the type of content you’re interested in. It was touted as the anti-corpo Instagram but it’s just another manipulated and poorly handled social app that luckily for you, has a ton of porn.
I remember these signs when I was a kid in south FL in the 70s. It was popular to keep the beachgoers out, I don’t know if it was to keep the company out of hot water should something happen to the shirtless or shoeless customer while they’re in the store or whether it was just a choice in who to serve.
As for your question about pants: Since the “No shirt…” phrase isn’t there to make something legally binding but rather a notice to people that this particular business is exercising their right to not serve you, no, you likely won’t get served without pants.

I wonder how many that will impact though. Are there really a large group of people that use the OS on their smart tv over and device connected to it? It’s been years now but all I remember is TV brands choosing not to update their apps, bricking the channels after only a little bit of time. I figured by now, most everyone is displaying Youtube on their tv from another device that can block ads and anti-feature.

I will say that the app/site is not fun to use. It’s not intuitive and very poor in it’s “rental” process.
Since I have an Amazon Prime account, I most often read books available for free that are included with Prime.
I hope you find a balance that adds quality to your life, whether that’s different apps, less of the same apps or just no apps at all.
I do use a modified version of Instagram(AeroInsta, I think it’s called) so I don’t see ads and I only view my “following” feed so I only ever see things I want(cats, owls, drag racing, mountainbiking, restorations, etc. etc.) and I can’t think of the last time I saw something that made me angry. I only say this in case it’s a preferred solution for you. My only other outlets are Lemmy, Pixelfed and Loops. They’re very easy to tailor to my likes since they don’t push ragebait for profit. I do watch Youtube often but again, it’s ad-free(including sponsorblock) and it’s only my subscription so I never see anything I don’t want.

I’m glad that those interested or in many cases, obsessed with politics have a place to discuss it but I have no interest in seeing it so In conjunction with instance and community blocking, I use the filters to block any new “hot” political word or phrase that I find my feed inundated with. Once the core block list is built, adding something new is only required every other week or so to keep the feed politics-free.
The instance and community blocks do the majority of the heavy lifting but a filter list is an absolute necessity to get rid of the users that insist on injecting politics into every community they find.
