7·12 days agoIf it was true, it would be Olympic level stupid. Wrestling fans are a spiteful bunch. It would just invite “Fuck ICE” to become the new “What?” Or “CM Punk!” chant at every show in the country.
A change I would totally welcome.
If there’s ANY truth to this, what more likely happened is WBD suggested it, and TK (or an AEW representative) informed them of what I stated above, and WBD backed off the idea.
Meltzer seems to really love his head canon.

Evil Uno continues to upload Mystery Wrestling shows to his YouTube on the daily, with 1-7 now available. 5 was uploaded some months ago, so if you want to watch them in order, you’ll have to go back a bit for that one.
Meltzer shit the bed big time on this one.
Kenny dropping his name on last night’s show may have even been an attempt to bait another chant. Because that chant got AEW a lot of media attention.

That was partially my reasoning as well. Comments posted on Saturdays often go unnoticed because of the new thread starting Sunday.

It would stay pinned at the top, just like the weekly threads do. But I’m not certain that pinning works for all visitors.
I’m thinking about making these discussion threads monthly instead of weekly. We haven’t had one break 20 comments in about 4 months. Obviously wouldn’t start until March 1st.

Sorry for not posting the thread. Spent all day thinking it was Tuesday until my “time to get ready for work” alarm went off.
Unless we’re all running into the streets with the AK-47’s, missile launchers, and Abrams tanks that apparently every US citizen owns, we’re “doing nothing”.
I’d cry then laugh.
