Description

Isolated awareness campaigns rarely lead to lasting behavioural change. To create lasting change, a  structured and process-based approach to cybersecurity awareness is needed. Dutch Universities developed a PDCA approach to awareness to help their organization improve cybersecurity awareness and resilience. In this webinar, you will learn all about the different puzzle pieces needed to build an awareness program. How to structure the pieces into a PDCA type process, how to implement it and what the benefits are of using a PDCA approach.

What you’ll learn:

  • Why a PDCA approach convinces your board and stakeholders to invest in awareness
  • The difference between human related cybersecurity and awareness
  • The components needed to support behaviour chance
  • How this model can organize and structure existing pieces of the awareness puzzle
