Is the vk.ru domain in the whitelist on the server? Because I have the issues with connecting to it

The proxy is correct, but i still have issues to connect

Oh, sorry, u misunderstood me. I mean is it possible that vk.ru will appear in your allowlist? Because they are changing their domain from .com

Because vk.com is already exist in your allowlist

Then see the link I sent you earlier about making sure that you are using tools that either use the proxy by default or that you have configured to use the proxy.

So, there are no chances that vk.ru is going to be on the allowlist?
