Educators Rising can be the sustainable solution your community needs to ensure that you have teachers who want to work and thrive in your schools! We offer a Grow Your Own program (GYO) that allows today’s students to return to work within your district tomorrow as teachers, paraprofessionals, and a variety of other roles.
- Access our (free) GYO Playbook to learn how to systematically plan and stand-up a GYO solution in your community
- Establish a Chapter at your school so that students can become part of our community and compete at state (and regional) events
- Purchase Curriculum that will provide you with 1-4 years’ worth of content to stand up a new course in your high school
- Get in touch with us to learn more about the program and speak with our Outreach and Engagement team!

Educators Rising is a community-based movement from PDK International, in which chapters at schools feed teacher preparation programs at institutes of higher education with the support of State Departments of Education and local funders and foundations.
