Managing Products in the WHMCS Provisioning Module
Overview
The WHMCS provisioning module is not WHMCS Cloud:
- WHMCS Cloud provides a fully-managed version of the WHMCS billing platform, so hosting providers and agencies can focus on their businesses.
- The WHMCS provisioning module allows you to provision WebPros Cloud products from within a self-hosted WHMCS installation.
You can add and edit products with the WebPros Cloud WHMCS provisioning module. These products bundle WebPros Cloud services that you plan to resell to your customers. You must link each product to an entitlement you have already purchased.
Add or edit a product
When you add or edit a product in the WHMCS Admin Area at Configuration (
) > System Settings > Products, you can configure the product by adding descriptions, setting up billing options, and more.

Module Settings
Use the Module Settings tab to configure limits for the product.
You can configure the following options:

| Service Type | The type of service you want to provision. |
| Zone | The zone in which to provision the service. |
| Maximum Disk | The maximum disk space allocation in GB for the package. |
| Entitlement | The entitlement to use for provisioning. |
| Maximum Sites | The maximum number of sites for a package. |

Automation
Your product-specific automation settings determine when the system activates the product. For more information about the settings and their behavior, read WHMCS’s Automation Settings documentation.
