Account Termination


If you would like to terminate your account, you can do so by heading to the account settings page and then by clicking the red “Terminate” button under the “Terminate account” section on the right side of the screen.

When you schedule the termination of your account, the following happens immediately:

  • All your sites will be deleted
  • Your subscription, if any, will be instantly terminated
  • Termination date is set for 30 days in the future

The following happens in 30 days:

  • Your user is deleted

How to cancel the termination?

If you would like to cancel the scheduled termination of your account, simply head to app.patchstack.com and click on the button that shows up to cancel the termination. Any deleted data is not recoverable.
