The Water Rate Assistance Program

The Water Rate Assistance Program (WRAP) helps eligible low-income households in DeKalb County manage their water and sewer bills. As water rates increase to support critical infrastructure improvements, WRAP ensures that clean, safe water remains affordable for families who need it most.

The Urban League of Greater Atlanta has been engaged by DeKalb County to serve as the customer advocate for this initiative and to establish and operate the Office of Water & Sewer Customer Advocacy.
