Help Bring TRANS JOY
​To The Tranzac

Dead Name Theatre (DNT), in Association with ReDefine Arts, is producing its first trans and non-binary musical theatre revue, This Is Trans: JOY. The performance will include 4 Featured Performers who will be vocally supported by The Epic Choir, a community choir of trans, non-binary, Two-Spirit, and genderqueer singers, (provided by ReDefine Arts) and a 4-piece band. Songs, collaboratively selected from well-established musicals, will reflect the theme of JOY. The performance will run July 16–18, 2026 at the Tranzac Club in Toronto. This production ensures we are reaching towards DNT’s core initiative: to inspire a shift in casting culture and make theatre at large more accessible and inclusive for trans and non-binary creatives. 
Contributing to this campaign will go directly towards the cost of our venue rental at the Tranzac Club. ​

All contributions will be thanked in the show program regardless of donation tier.
