This policy applies to all CE course content, including presentations, handouts, assessments, and promotional materials, across all delivery formats (live, online, hybrid, or self-paced).

All CE materials must:
Be Based on Current, Peer-Reviewed Scientific Evidence
Content must reflect current best practices and be supported by credible, peer-reviewed literature or consensus guidelines from recognized professional bodies.
Be Free from Commercial Bias
No commercial entity may influence the content.
Brand names of products may not be used unless necessary, and if used, multiple comparable products must be referenced.
Faculty and contributors must disclose all financial relationships or potential conflicts of interest, which must be mitigated or managed prior to content delivery.
Include Balanced Viewpoints
When there are differing opinions or emerging evidence, this must be disclosed, and all credible views must be presented in a fair and balanced manner.
Be Developed by Qualified Experts
Subject matter experts involved in course creation must have relevant qualifications and demonstrate expertise in the topic area.
Content must undergo peer review before final approval.
Be Reviewed Regularly
CE materials must be reviewed and updated regularly to ensure continued accuracy and relevance.
Outdated or unsupported materials must be revised or removed.
