This policy applies to all CE course content, including presentations, handouts, assessments, and promotional materials, across all delivery formats (live, online, hybrid, or self-paced).

Content must reflect current best practices and be supported by credible, peer-reviewed literature or consensus guidelines from recognized professional bodies.

Be Free from Commercial Bias

No commercial entity may influence the content.

Brand names of products may not be used unless necessary, and if used, multiple comparable products must be referenced.

Faculty and contributors must disclose all financial relationships or potential conflicts of interest, which must be mitigated or managed prior to content delivery.

Include Balanced Viewpoints

When there are differing opinions or emerging evidence, this must be disclosed, and all credible views must be presented in a fair and balanced manner.

Be Developed by Qualified Experts
