We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive specialising in both B2B and B2C sales. This role offers an exciting opportunity to expand our client base, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth through innovative sales strategies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and experience with CRM software to manage leads and customer relationships effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within target markets, engaging both corporate (B2B) and consumer (B2C) clients.
  • Create and deliver tailored sales presentations that effectively communicate the value of products and services.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—ensuring or exceeding revenue targets.

What You’ll Be Doing

Strategic Account Management

  • Manage multiple client social accounts with a tailored, goal-driven approach
  • Develop and implement clear social strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Plan campaigns, launches and always-on content

Content Creation

  • Produce engaging, high-quality content across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube and Google Business
  • Shoot and edit short-form video (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
  • Capture photography where required
  • Write compelling captions that drive engagement and action
  • Create and manage structured content calendars

Community & Growth

  • Build engaged online communities
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages and mentions professionally
  • Identify opportunities for influencer partnerships and brand collaborations

Paid Social (Advantageous)
