New Business Executive (Full-Time)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive specialising in both B2B and B2C sales. This role offers an exciting opportunity to expand our client base, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth through innovative sales strategies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and experience with CRM software to manage leads and customer relationships effectively.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within target markets, engaging both corporate (B2B) and consumer (B2C) clients.
- Create and deliver tailored sales presentations that effectively communicate the value of products and services.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—ensuring or exceeding revenue targets.
- Leverage Workflow Max CRM to track leads, maintain customer records, and generate insightful sales reports.
- Collaborate with the studio and digital teams to develop targeted LinkedIn and email campaigns that drive lead generation.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build brand presence and uncover new opportunities.
- Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and potential growth areas.
REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrated success in both B2B and B2C sales, preferably within a related industry.
- Skilled in CRM systems, with experience in Workflow Max or similar platforms.
- Proficient in leveraging LinkedIn for business development and networking.
- Strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage a variety of stakeholders.
- Self-driven and proactive, focused on meeting targets and fostering business growth.
- Experienced in market research and data analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Formal qualifications in sales, marketing, or related disciplines are advantageous.
- Comfortable working independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
