A new Daily puzzle is available every day at midnight local time. Everyone gets the same puzzle each day, so you can compare results with friends. Once played, the Daily locks until midnight when a fresh one drops.

Unlimited mode lets you play as many puzzles as you like, any time. After each game, hit "New Puzzle" for a fresh challenge. Puzzles rotate so you don't see the same one twice in a row.

After every game, a Share button appears in the results screen. It copies a spoiler-free emoji grid to your clipboard - just like the NYT format - showing your guesses without revealing answers. On mobile, it may open your device's native share sheet.

Each solved group reveals in one of four colors — yellow, green, blue, or purple. The colors are purely for visual variety and don't indicate difficulty. Every group is equally challenging!

"One away…" means three of your four selected words belong to the same group, but the fourth is from a different category. Use it as a cue to look more carefully at which word in your selection is the intruder.

Yes - Daily and Unlimited stats are saved separately in your browser's local storage, including games played, win %, current streak, max streak, and mistake distribution. Stats are per-device and won't sync across browsers or devices.
