Rename popover=hint WPTs to remove .tentative The spec landed: https://github.com/whatwg/html/pull/9778 I also found one more that was just a general popover test that likely should have been renamed a while ago. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
