Revert "[Read Anything] Add ReadAnything field trial." This reverts commit 78b3f60cc19db8b30b88782e6c39ee758d24ac88. Reason for revert: This change fails test `ExtensionWebUITest.SanityCheckAvailableAPIs` on linux-chromeos-chrome builder. See failures here: https://ci.chromium.org/p/chrome/builders/ci/linux-chromeos-chrome/31906. To check out the source code locally, don't use git clone

For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
