[Fuchsia] Add test suites that we want to enable on Fuchsia to FYI bots
Remove the regular Fuchsia gtests from FYI bots and add experimental
ones. These test suites are relevant to Fuchsia, yet are not turned
on in Fuchsia CI and CQ bots. Putting them on FYI allows us to test
for stability/bugs.
