As of Summer 2024, the creators of the Friends of Captain Awkward Forum have let me know that they are winding down the site. They’ve already stop accepting new users and started deleting old threads, and their plan is to take the site entirely offline by August. As far as I know, there is still an active CaptainAwkward.com community on Reddit for those who miss having a comments section.
