download links page issue with rsync link

Bug Description
On QA tracker the "Download links for Ubuntu Desktop amd64" RSYNC line says:
rsync -tzhhP rsync:/
but that doesn't work, with the following error:
doug@s19:~/iso$ rsync -tzhhP rsync:/
This is an Ubuntu mirror - treat it kindly
@ERROR: Unknown module 'daily-live'
rsync error: error starting client-server protocol (code 5) at main.c(1863) [Receiver=3.2.7]
However, this does work (albeit incredibly slow):
doug@s19:~/iso$ rsync -tzhhP rsync:/
