Where can I find archived Ubuntu Base tarballs (e.g., 24.04.2)?

Bug Description

I’m currently using Ubuntu Base 24.04.x (arm64) for my builds. I noticed that the file ubuntu-base-24.04.2-base-arm64.tar.gz is no longer available on the official cdimage.ubuntu.com site or on any mirrors/old-releases archives.

Instead, the 24.04.2 and 24.04.1 release directories now contain only the latest 24.04.3 tarballs. Unlike the desktop/server ISOs, I cannot find a way to access the older Ubuntu Base rootfs tarballs once a new point release is published.

Could you please clarify:
1. Are old Ubuntu Base tarballs (e.g., 24.04.2) archived anywhere (like old-releases.ubuntu.com), or are they intentionally removed?
2. Is it expected behavior that the release directories always get replaced with the latest point release (so only 24.04.3 is available now)?
