LP doesn't honour the distro release when grabbing the changelog of a package

Bug Description
Dear Colleagues,
it looks like that the changelog module in LP has some problems honouring the mapping of release to package.
E.G. https:/
But it shows the changelog of the gutsy-security version.
Version wise this is correct, but logically it should show the changelog of the hardy package release.
