Can't request limited number of objects from api, except packages and categories

Bug Description
We should add ability to request some limited number of environments, deployments and services in case when the user doesn't need all of them, like it is done with packages or package categories. For example, just one last deployment can be needed, but all set of deployments should be requested for that.
