Hi Guys, wanted to introduce my Pool which I am running some time now.
After 9 months of successful operation as a Solo Mining Pool, I'm excited to announce a completly new form of PPLNS extension I built since a while now.
Many are probably wondering: another pool? What's special about it?
The special part: I'm running PPLNS with a completely new non-custodial payout system and full Stratum V1 + V2 support it doesn't exist like this anywhere else.
When a block is found, the reward (minus pool fee) doesn't go to a pool wallet. Instead, the outputs land directly in the coinbase transaction to every single miner. No intermediary, no admin who could interfere. No pool that might decide to keep a block for itself. Trustless payouts at the protocol level exactly like Bitcoin itself.
On top of that, there's a new **Group-Solo Mode**: Groups, communities, or entire collectives can band together and mine collectively but each on their own address. An admin creates the group and can invite addresses, but only with confirmation from each individual miner. No one can be kicked out.
Here too: The admin doesn't sit in the money path. Every miner gets their share directly from the coinbase. Multisig wallets become unnecessary. Groups have their own block template and can even give a bonus to the block finder (e.g., 0.5 BTC, rest distributed by work contributed).
Full StratumV2 support:
What makes this even more significant: we're the first small solo pool to fully integrate Stratum V2 alongside V1. SV2 gives miners real control they can build their own templates and decide what gets into their blocks. This is fundamental for decentralization. While big pools still dominate, we're proving that small pools can offer the modern infrastructure miners deserve. With SV2, miners aren't just executing someone else's vision they're in control.
**Use Cases:**
- **PPLNS**: Larger machines wanting to convert solar/power surplus into sats
- **Group-Solo**: Lucky solo miners who want to try their luck together
- **SV2 Miners**: Anyone wanting protocol-level control over block construction soon also with JDP support on PPLNS
**The Ambition:** We need ~500 PH/s for regular payouts. That's ambitious, but together we can make it happen and show large pools what mining should really look like: trustless like Bitcoin, and from Switzerland 🇨🇭
**Transparency:** PPLNS and Group-Solo carry a 1.5% fee to fund ongoing development. The original Solo mode remains free.
Come and check out, I would be happy to see some Groups Building using the Group-Solo Mode or maybe even help us raise the new non-custodial PPLNS Mode. Besides that, we provide a lot of data which were miners can exactly follow what their miners work on, with charts of accepted and rejected shares, rejection ratio of their miners, tools and useful informations to best control their mining operations.
