Job Description:
Our client, a faith-based organization, is seeking a Head of Marketing and Communications to help shape and drive its brand and message. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing and communication strategies aligned with the church’s mission and values.
The ideal candidate will oversee all communication channels—including digital, print, public relations, and internal communications—to ensure consistency, clarity, and impact across all touchpoints.

Experience14+ years in marketing and communications.
10+ years in leadership roles.
Preferably a former Director in a major communications agency or head of marketing in a large institution.
Technical SkillsProficiency in digital tools (e.g., social media platforms, email systems, CMS like WordPress).
Strong analytical, strategic, and project management skills.
