Teams are charged at application submission.  All teams who are not accepted will be fully refunded.

Automatic notifications will be sent to the address(es) of record in GotSport for applications, acceptance, withdrawal or waiting list status.

COACHES with MULTIPLE TEAMS are guaranteed (yes, guaranteed) conflict-free round robin schedules SO LONG AS THEY are properly indicated as the head/primary coach for each team they are coaching in this event.  Primary coach assignements will be locked when scheduling begins.

All teams must acknowledge the event rules and other conditions during the application process.
