John Hudson, better known as Huddy to friends, colleagues, and clients, has worked in financial services involving mortgage and commercial lending, financial planning, and credit education and restoration since 1998.

Huddy was featured in Time magazine in 2001 as one of the top young financial representatives in the Midwest region. He was also highlighted in the Wall Street Journal in 2006 as one of the top mortgage entrepreneurs in the country aged 30 and under.

He takes his career as a licensed mortgage loan originator very personally. “One of my favorite satisfactions is helping a family get into a home,” he says. “I think about the kids having their own bedroom, their own neighborhood friends, knowing what schools they’re going to go to, and having pride that their parents bought a house.”

Huddy had also served as the credit advisor to players, agents, financial advisors, and representatives of the National Football League, National Hockey League, and the National Basketball Association. He was a credit advisor to the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux’s community members, and served as a credit consultant to various Minnesota law firms.

“Having more than 25 years of industry experience has taught me to take the time to understand my clients,” he says. “What’s their story? How can I help them in their pursuit of a home? My clients are real people with real goals, needs, and dreams.
