Whom we're looking for:
- A rapid and progressive learner! We're working in an industry that has developments every other day, so it's important to us that you're curious, can learn and talk about new things on the fly!
- Curious and creative! If you think we're looking for yet another backend engineer (yaml ❌ yabe ✅), you're wrong! We're a bunch of curious and creative people and it's a high requirement for us that you are too! So that you can align, work and be patient with the constantly changing API designs, DB schemas, et cetera, et cetera the dev team makes!
- Someone who is a good observer & communicator (if you're a good personal-organiser, that's a plus!). It's essential all teams are on the same page most of the times (in production and development), and that asks for a backend engineer who can observe, monitor and immediately report if there is any error/crash/misconfig found.
- You have a LEARN, LEARN, BUILD, BUILD, BREAK, BUILD, LEARN mentality!
- You can iterate both overtime and short-time. We're working with LLMs and Generative AI, it's a proliferating industry and things move so fast. Frameworks get deprecated and new features/builds release very quickly. So if you are a balanced, composed and an intentful person (like we all are), consider that you have our attention!
Skills we're looking for:
- Basics knowledge of LLMs
- Knowledge of LLM native deployment patterns
- Flask / FastAPI / other python compatible frameworks
- Work with databases (graph, vector)
- Essential containerisation, docker and DevOps concepts
- Hands-on experience with any cloud service (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Ability to collaborate with LLM research team and understand requirements
- Good documentation and activity logging skills
