Science of Reading for Paraprofessionals

This training is designed to equip paraprofessionals with a foundational understanding of the science of reading and its practical application in supporting students' literacy development. Participants will explore the components of reading instruction, including phonemic awareness, phonics, vocabulary, fluency, and comprehension. By the end of the training, paraprofessionals will have practical tools and a deeper understanding of how to support the reading process, empowering them to play a key role in helping all students become confident, successful readers.
