Requirements
What to build:
Using all modern technological tools and resources available to you, create innovative solutions that address issues of social justice and promote social good. Your challenge is to tackle real-world problems faced by marginalized groups and disadvantaged communities. You can code software, or build physical projects.
This open-ended challenge invites you to turn your ideas into impactful solutions, with countless opportunities to empower, support, and uplift those in need.
What to submit:
You and your team’s own creation. All work must be original, and projects that include non-original code will be disqualified.
- If your project is available to test online by anyone(eg: website) then include a link to the working demo of your project. If this is not possible, upload a pitch video of up to 5 minutes of you demonstrating your project's functionality and explaining how it works.
- A link to a GitHub repository with all your code for this project.
- A Devpost text writeup about your project.

Does the project work as intended? Is it well-structured, stable, and user-friendly? -

How challenging was the project to build? Does it effectively utilize advanced technologies or algorithms? -
SOCIAL IMPACT
Does the project address a meaningful problem? Does it benefit a community or promote positive change? -
PRESENTATION
Is the idea clearly explained? Does the demo effectively showcase the project’s value and functionality? -
INTERVIEW
The judges will go around and ask questions. You will be judged on your organization, ideation, and coherence. -
EXTRA CREDIT
attend workshops and do well on quizzes/activities (can get up to 3 extra points)
