About David

Hi, I'm David Grimm. My wife, Kelly, and I have been happily married since March 23, 2002. Together, we have four wonderful kids—though, like all kids, they have their moments! But in all seriousness, they indeed are amazing, and our greatest joy is that each of them loves Jesus.

Thanks to a steady supply of chicken protein and our steadfast faith in Jesus, we keep going. We gratefully own the Chick-fil-A franchise on University Ave in West Des Moines, IA, as well as the Chick-fil-A Iowa Food Truck. Since starting in the restaurant business in 2011, we have loved the opportunity to live out our faith daily through the work we do and the people we serve. Over the years, I’ve gathered insights that I’ve poured into books designed to help people reach their full potential.

If you’re curious to learn more about finding your calling, growing as a leader, or guiding others toward success, I’d love to connect! The heart behind everything I do remains the same: serve people well, encourage them every step of the way, and leave them better than I found them. Let’s keep growing together!
