Attribute Changer is a simple add-on for File Explorer. The program's main window can be revealed by right-clicking over a file or folder within your PC and selecting the "Change Attributes" option from the contextual menu.
Once you finish installing this application on your computer, the aforementioned will immediately be added to the contextual menu of the File Explorer tool. All you need to do is to select the preferred attribute options and click over the "Apply" button from the bottom side of the interface.
In my testing, the program worked flawlessly. It didn't took too long to apply the needed attribute changes and was very simple to configure.
The only thing that's missing from this program is the ability to change the security options for the selected file or folder. To be more exact, you cannot select a certain type of attribute (like Hidden) for a file or folder that applies only to a selected PC user.
Other than that, nothing bad can be said about this application. It does exactly what's being said on the homepage of the developer, without slowing down your PC. In addition, it comes without a price. So, it's worth a try if you're looking for an efficient and quick way to edit the attributes of your files and folders.
