PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF SOLUTION

  • The pick-up location and time for students to board the vehicle will be confirmed by the caregiver. The system then requires taking a photo of the student to complete the verification process.
  • Student attendance is taken on the school bus, verifying the student’s identity. This ensures compliance with the transportation roster for each bus route.
  • The system will then send a notification to the parent’s app stating “your child has boarded the vehicle safely”. The system also sends a notification to the management department.
  • After all scheduled students have boarded, the school and management department can review the daily report of students who have taken the bus.
  • The attendance-taking process is strict and accurate. The caregiver and driver can only complete their duties after thoroughly checking the student transportation roster.
