Ask a Wizard LLC offers personal development content, the HypnoChat AI tool, the 7-Day Mental Block Challenge, and group sessions. The nature, format, and availability of these services may change at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate changes in advance when possible.

If you create an account or register for any service, you are responsible for keeping your login information accurate and secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Content Ownership

All content on this site, including text, video, audio, graphics, and the HypnoChat AI tool, is owned by Ask a Wizard LLC or its content providers. You may not copy, redistribute, republish, or use any content from this site for commercial purposes without our written permission. Sharing links to this site is always welcome.

HypnoChat is a free AI tool provided for informational and personal development purposes only. It is not therapy. It is not medical advice. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care, medical treatment, or clinical services of any kind. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, contact a licensed professional or call 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline).

We make no guarantee about the accuracy or completeness of responses generated by HypnoChat. Use your own judgment.

Payments

Payments for the Challenge and any paid sessions are processed through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Refund eligibility is determined by the terms of each individual program. Refund policies are stated at the time of purchase.

Personal development results vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using HypnoChat, attending the Challenge, or working with Tyler Sass. Testimonials on this site reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of what you will experience. Your results depend on your own situation, effort, and follow-through.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ask a Wizard LLC and Tyler Sass are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any service offered here. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of this site or its services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this site will be resolved in Nevada courts.
