I lost my game because of you.. Even though I saved it on my iPhone device, you just deleted my profile. Returned to the first level and I can't even write to you where to write to you, and I just want you to return my profile that you didn't delete yourself.. It said load game and to write confirm and I did that and you deleted me.. The worst game, it's the first time I'm writing a review somewhere because I don't believe what you did and I don't understand why..

Unfair matchmaking and unreachable support

The game used to be great, but lately the Team Tournament matchmaking has completely broken down. Our team used to be matched with others playing at a similar level — around 500 games total per team per event. But in the last three tournaments, we’ve been placed in groups where the leading teams have already played over 6,000 games.It’s absolutely discouraging and makes the event pointless for regular players. We have no chance to compete fairly.Even worse — it’s basically impossible to reach your support team. There’s no clear way to report the issue or get help.Really hoping this is a bug and not a permanent change, because it’s ruining an otherwise good game.
