Luke Holcomb is a highly energetic and self-motivated Global Real Estate Advisor with the Downtown Birmingham office of Signature Sotheby’s International Realty. Building his business on the values of dedication, determination, communication, and trust, Luke’s primary goal as a real estate advisor is to help his customers find homes and properties that exceed their expectations. Licensed in both Florida and his native Michigan, Luke can assist customers in either state with their real estate needs.

A native of Fenton, Michigan, Luke frequently visited Florida while growing up. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on marketing from Northwood University in Midland, Michigan. Pairing his exceptional skills in strategic marketing with his innovative and ambitious approach to the real estate market, Luke delivers boutique service to his customers every step of the way.

Before transitioning full time to real estate, Luke spent eight years in the water sports industry. While working for one of the largest MasterCraft Boat Company dealers in the world, he sharpened his luxury marketing skills while gaining expert knowledge in lakefront properties. Luke also has a diverse sales background from negotiating and selling at his grandfather’s car business.

Luke is a member of Michigan’s Greater Metropolitan Association of REALTORS® and Florida’s REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee. He enjoys spending his summers on a lake, wake surfing, boating, and fishing, and his winters snowboarding.
