Camera black on the HP EliteBook 845 G8 Notebook PC (Qualcomm WiFi) (202206-30368)

The integrated webcam does not work on Ubuntu 25.04 with kernel 6.14.0-29-generic.
Cheese, Camera app, and ffplay all show a black screen.
The uvcvideo module is loaded, but no video stream is decoded.
When I cover the webcam with my finger, the placeholder disappears, so the hardware is functioning.
