I have issues with my account permissions. I don't get a translation button, when I want to try to translate something for a project.

I don't have a translation button. There is no option to upload files, since I want to upload an .mo and a .po file. Just about two-three days, I noticed that my permissions and access to translations or anything similar to that do not exist. It's denying me of access. Can you please check my account and inform me eventually of the problem?
