We work with all brick and mortar and online pharmacies to refill your pets’ medications. However, we currently charge an annual fee of $25/year for filling prescriptions through unaffiliated pharmacies. This fee applies to prescriptions filled at any pharmacies except Covetrus or MixLab, or prescriptions dispensed in-clinic. Due to the lasting effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, pharmacy delays, errors, and extended wait times for facilitating prescriptions have hit every corner of the medical industry, veterinary included. This fee is designed to offset the time and attention needed from our team to make sure your pet’s medications are filled accurately and in a timely manner.
