Problems & Troubleshooting:
- Q: The robot is not running very smoothly?
A:
If the cleaning cloth is too dirty, replace a clean cloth.
There may be gaps in the glass or stickers on the glass surface.
The cleaning wheel is loose, completely lock it in place.
- Q: When the robot starts, why does the robot keep alarming?
A:
The cleaning cloth is way too dirty. Please replace the clean cloth in time.
The glass or glass stickers are of high friction, it's unsuitable for use.
The window cleaner robot cloth humidity is not enough and the glass is too slippery.
- Q: The has not finished the cleaning work, how come the window cleaner robot ended the process?
A: Press the RIGHT key or LEFT to redo any unfinished work.
- Q: The glass has arcuate marks after cleaning?
A: Clean the glass surface with a dry cleaning cloth when doing the first cleaning.
Spray a little water or detergent (don't do too much) on the cleaning cloth, replace the cloth and keep it dry and clean, then start the job again.
