Directions:

To reheat the pack, put it in the microwave for 20 seconds and then check. If it needs more heat, repeat the process in increments of 10 seconds until it is hot. To cool down, simply place the pack in the freezer and normally let it charge in just 2 hours. Use the pack warm for effective relief from muscle and joint pain and cold to reduce swelling and inflammation. The pack remains flexible at low temperatures. Always pack the pack in a cloth or sleeve before use. The pack is perfect for continually treating an injury at home where you have access to a microwave or freezer. The packs are ideal for treating a variety of injuries and will last longer than a standard hot or cold pack.
