Product description


Instruction:

1. Select the appropriate guide sleeve for the internal diameter of clutch plate and slide it onto the alignment adaptor bar. Ensure the taper of the guide sleeve runs towards the threaded end of the adaptor bar.
2. Select the appropriate centring sleeve for the spigot bearing and screw it onto the end of the alignment adaptor bar.
3. Slide the clutch plate onto the guide sleeve, ensuring the correct orientation.
4. Fit the centring sleeve into the spigot bearing and slide the clutch plate, on the guide sleeve,up to the flywheel.
5. Fit the clutch pressure plate and cover assembly and bolt in place.
6. Remove the alignment tool.

    El centrador de embrague, cumple a la perfección su cometido, solo hay que buscar la pieza que corresponda con la medida del eje motor, y una vez introducido en el eje , se coloca el disco, y seguidamente la pieza conica que corresponda con el diametro del agujero del disco, y el embrague quedará centrado a la perfección.

    An die Spezialisten oder diejenigen, die einfach mal eine Rezension über Kupplungszentrierstifte lesen möchten: Der Koffer bietet alles, was das Herz eines Kupplungsmonteurs höher schlagen lässt. Ich habe damit eine Kupplung an meinem Sharan 7N (Bj. 2012) gewechselt und – ja – zentriert. Ohne eine ordentliche Zentrierung lässt sich das Getriebe nicht wieder montieren.

    Als kleinen Zusatztipp: Der Stift sollte so gut wie möglich passen – ohne dass er Spiel hat. Insofern habe ich einige Windungen Isolierband verwendet, um die „exakte“ Passgenauigkeit herzustellen. Klare Empfehlung. Dazu: Früher – also früher – gab es bei Kupplungssätzen auch einen Zentrierstift dazu. Heute ist das anscheinend und offensichtlich nicht mehr der Fall.
