About the Author
Marian Rojas Estapé es médica, psiquiatra y escritora española. Se licenció en Medicina y Cirugía en la Universidad de Navarra y se especializó en Psiquiatría. Actualmente, trabaja en el Instituto Español de Investigaciones Psiquiátricas, en Madrid, donde se enfoca en el tratamiento de la ansiedad, depresión, trastornos de personalidad y terapia familiar.
Es profesora invitada en la escuela de negocios IPADE en México y fundadora del proyecto Ilussio Business and Emotions, una iniciativa centrada en el bienestar y la gestión emocional en el ámbito corporativo. En 2023, fue nombrada embajadora de la ONG Manos Unidas en España, sumándose a iniciativas de cooperación y voluntariado.
Marian Rojas Estapé es una de las divulgadoras más influyentes en psicología, explorando la conexión entre emociones, mente y cuerpo, el impacto de la tecnología en la salud mental y el bienestar en la vida cotidiana. Su contenido en redes sociales, especialmente en Instagram y TikTok, llega a más de un millón de seguidores, y sus conferencias la han llevado a compartir su conocimiento en distintos países.
Marian Rojas Estapé is a Spanish doctor, psychiatrist, and writer. She earned her degree in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Navarra and specialized in Psychiatry.
