Jeffrey D. Hatchell is a leadership coach, an experienced corporate facilitator and a motivational speaker. Jeff has more than 20 years of experience working with Fortune 500 organizations in sales leadership roles. This Coach U graduate received his Masters of Business Administration degree from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing degree from Howard University. In addition, Jeff completed UCLA Anderson School of Management, Management Development Program for Entrepreneurs. Hatchell is an ordained Teacher at World Conquerors Church in Oakland, California. He enjoys running and spending quality time with his wife Windy and their blended family of four children, Amen 'Auset, Jenay, Justin and McKayla Joy.

    I once had a manager say, "the devil is in the details." This holds true for just about everything that impacts the direction of a good career. Jeffery D. Hatchell addresses the details, those little stones that become huge boulders in the path of a successful career. One such stone he mentioned in his book is the one of unforgiveness. While reading this part of the book, I concluded that not dealing with and letting go of offensives directly or indirectly affecting you will create an unfavorable attitude which bleeds into work relationships. Unresolved issues internalized are manifested as individuals who are hard to get alone with, always have a chip on the shoulder, a don't care mentality, etc. Deal with office unforgiveness to free yourself and clear your career path to success.
